Product Care:

  • How do you care for the Bora Bora one-piece swimsuit so that it stays with your little girl as long as possible?
  • Remember to rinse the swimsuit in clean water after each swim.
  • When it comes to washing, the washing machine is the swimsuit's number one enemy since it can damage the fibers; so opt for hand washing, which is both more environmentally friendly and more gentle on your product.
  • As for drying, never leave your swimsuit in direct sunlight; put it outside in the shade and lay it flat.
  • Wait for the swimsuit to dry before putting it back in its pouch.
Delivery & Returns
At Mon Petit, we meticulously select all of our merchandise and ensure that everything is in perfect condition before shipping your package. We want to be certain that all customers are delighted with their purchases. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and you would like to return an item or exchange an item for a different size, please follow the instructions provided below so you can have a stress-free return. Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number—the procedure is described below. Your return must be received within 15 days of receipt. Refund or exchange requests accompanying a returned item that we receive within 15 days of your receipt of the item will be given a full refund. A return received after the 15-day period but within 20 days of receipt will be entitled to a store credit only. We will not accept any returns after 20 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Any return received beyond 20 days will, at our discretion, be shipped back to the sender at the sender’s own expense. All approved refunds will be credited per the original payment method. To receive your RMA, simply email us at, including your name, order number, and the item/item number of the merchandise you would like to return or exchange. Please also indicate the reason for your return or exchange request. You may also request in your email a prepaid return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund or charged against your exchange. You will receive a response within one business day with instructions how to proceed. RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE Once you have received your RMA number, simply send back your item(s) per the guidelines below. We strongly advise our customers to use: • UPS, DHL, or Fedex for domestic returns. • UPS, DHL express, Fedex,or USPS Express for International returns. Other shipment methods are not deemed reliable and may compromise timely delivery. RETURN OF SALE ITEMS Merchandise up to 30% off is eligible for refund within the above timeframes. Merchandise up to 40% off is eligible for exchange or store credit only within 10 days. Merchandise at 50% off or more is final sale. EXCHANGES There is a standard fee of $4.95 for domestic exchange shipping and $39.95 for international exchange shipping. Note that if you are based outside the US, you may have to pay taxes and duties on the exchanged shipment. As described above, please request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and specify the new size you require. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. If you would like to combine your return with a new purchase, please email us at If possible we will combine the returns and purchases so that you can save on your shipping fees. GIFT RETURNS For gift returns, please email LATE RETURNS As noted above, any merchandise received beyond 20 days of your receipt of an item will, at our discretion, be returned at your expense. FAULTY AND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE Merchandise is classified as faulty if it is received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items or to exchange for another size or item. You will receive a store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For any questions, please contact RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED AND HOLIDAY GIFTS. Items that are personalized, monogrammed, or custom-ordered are deemed final sale. Any item that is categorized as a Holiday item cannot be returned after the holidays RECEIVING A REFUND Your refund will generally be credited to the purchaser according to the original purchase method. Shipping costs will be refunded with the return of an approved faulty item. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by Mon Petit. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the bank’s processing time. We unfortunately cannot speed the process of the return. STORE CREDIT Store credit is issued if a return is received between 16 and 20 days of the customer’s receipt. Store credit is valid for a full year from issue date and can be used on merchandise that is discounted up to 40%. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION We have made every effort to display the colors and descriptions of our merchandise as accurately as possible on the Mon Petit Child web site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped. In any event if a damaged item is received, email us within two days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. This includes shoe boxes and accessories that are in gift boxes. Boxes that are damaged will not be accepted for return.
