Full refund: Within 15 days of delivery
Store credit: 16–20 days after delivery
No returns accepted after 20 days
How to Return or Exchange
Visit our [Returns Center] to submit a request
You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours
Include the RMA number with your return
Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging (including gift/shoe boxes)

In-Store & Local Pickup Returns
All returns require an RMA, even for in-store drop-offs
Have a team member sign your return form for confirmation when it is dropped off IN Person
In-store pickup orders must be collected within 48 hours. Return eligibility begins from the fulfillment date, not pickup date.
If not collected within 5 business days, the order becomes final sale.
Sale Items
0–30% off: Refund eligible within standard timeframe
35–40% off: Exchange or store credit within 10 days
45%+ off: Final sale
International Orders
Customs/duties are non-refundable
Gifts, Personalized & Holiday Items
Final sale: Personalized, monogrammed, or custom items
Holiday items are non-returnable after the holiday period

Damaged or Faulty Items
Report issues within 2 days of delivery

Faulty items (not from wear and tear) may be repaired, exchanged, or credited if a replacement is unavailable
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus shipping) and may take up to 14 business days
Store credit is issued as a gift card, valid for 1 year, and not applicable to items discounted 30% or more
