Create an AccountI placed an order but it still hasn’t shipped?
If your order has not been shipped out within 48 hours, your item is most likely a preorder or on backorder status. Please reach out to customerservice@monpetitchild.com to inquire about your order status.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with the shipping and tracking information.
Why did only part of my order ship?
We ship out items as soon as we get them in to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. You will receive separate notifications for each shipment.
My order shipped in multiple shipments, was I charged twice for shipping?
If you paid for shipping on your order, you will only ever be charged once. What you pay at checkout for shipping is what you were charged.
How can I return/exchange my order?
You may start a return/exchange in our Returns Center. You will receive a response with the required Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) within 24-48 hours. Your return will not be accepted unless you include your RMA# with your return/exchange.
What is the time frame I have to return my items?
We will gladly accept your return/exchange within 15 days of package delivery date (or in-store pickup) for a full refund, or within 20 days for credit only. We will not accept returns/exchanges returned to us after 20 days of receipt. Returns received after 20 days will, at our discretion, be shipped back to the sender at the sender’s own expense. Merchandise 45% off or greater is final sale.

Do you provide shipping labels?
We generally do not provide return labels. We suggest all returns to be shipped back via a reputable courier such as Fedex , DHL or UPS. We will not be responsible for any delays that occurred due on the courier behalf
Can I exchange my item for a different style or size?
We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.
Can I return/exchange my online order in-store?
Yes, you may return an online order in-store once you have requested a return/exchange in our Returns Center and received a RMA#. You MUST receive an approval before proceeding with a return.
A return that doesn't have a RMA approval will not be accepted in the boutique
Do you accept international returns/exchanges?
Yes, you may start your return/exchange in the Returns Center. Please note, all international returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Mon Petit is unable to refund customs/duties charges.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email customerservice@monpetitchild.com to change or cancel your order. While in most cases we can change/cancel orders, we cannot make changes once an order has already shipped.
How long is my credit valid?
Credit is issued in the form of a gift card and is valid for a full year from issue date. Credit can be used on merchandise that is discounted up to 40%.
